Do you have trouble deciding what you want?

What if you made the wrong choice, and regretted it later?

If you have trouble deciding what you want, it could be because of underlying fears.

Fear is always about future unhappiness. If you regretted it later, it would be a lesson and an opportunity to learn.

A great question to ask yourself is “What am I afraid will happen?”

Once you know that you can handle the worst, you will have more clarity in what you want.

Recently I was having trouble deciding what I want and in making choices. Right from small choices like – should I park my car here or there? should I sign up for monthly badminton membership or no? And to bigger choices like – Should I post my courses in udemy or not? I have been having trouble deciding what I wanted to do.

When I think about it, I am not clear in what I want because of Fear. Fear of making the wrong choice. Fear of making a choice and then regretting it in the future.

What if I made the wrong choice, and regretted it later? What if I signed up for a monthly badminton membership and didn’t play regularly?

I will give myself a hard time, and I would be angry about wasting money.

When I dropped my fears, I was able to clearly know what I wanted. I wanted to park my car in a more shadier spot. I wanted to do yoga instead of badminton. I wanted to post my courses in Udemy!

I was able to get more clarity in what I want, when I dropped the fears.
